Marjoram spice was used in ancient Egypt used for stomach digestive problems and also used for rheumatism. Has a distinctive, slightly biting flavor.

Basil - depending on the variety contains different constituents of essential oils (eugenol, camphor, chawikol, linalool), also contains rutin, carotene, glycosides and saponiny.Stosuje the fresh or dried leaves. Basil improves appetite, stimulates digestion and has anti-depressant.
Use for: salads, sauces, soups, meat dishes, marinades, vegetable dishes
